DESCRIPTION: We had plans to get back
to the regular swing of things, but George Carlin's death this week was something
we could not ignore. Yeah, other shows are probably doing something to remember
him too, but as far as we're concerned if every show produced for the next
two months were nothing but Carlin clips, that might come close to giving
him the tribute he deserves. Carlin was one of the greats, and the world is
worse-off without him in it.
Thanks to everybody that listened live! We had a short
but great round of "Seven Deadly Words" SAY IT, Carlin based SYN,
and relived a lot of great memories to boot.
Did you see the statues Square State Samurai made for us?
They're friggin amazing! I have no doubt that live listeners will be seeing
them on cam a lot in the future, but everyone should take a minute to check
them HERE
and leave a message telling SSS what an awesome job he did.
